Dear friends,
Due to the unique challenge posed by the festival coinciding with Passover this year, we regret to inform our community that we will not be able to bring the beloved Shabbat Tent experience to the festival. This decision was not made lightly, as the Shabbat Tent has been a cherished gathering space for festival-goers, offering a serene environment for rest, reflection, and community connection. However, the timing of Passover, a significant holiday in the Jewish tradition that involves specific rituals and observances, has made it logistically impossible to integrate the Shabbat Tent this year without conflicting with these important practices.
In light of this situation, we are actively exploring alternative options to enhance the festival experience for attendees. One of the exciting possibilities we are considering is Lighting in a Bottle, an innovative and immersive festival known for its vibrant atmosphere, diverse artistic expressions, and commitment to sustainability. Lighting in a Bottle offers a unique blend of music, art, and community engagement that aligns with our values and vision for creating memorable experiences. We believe that by focusing on this alternative, we can still provide our attendees with an enriching environment that fosters connection and creativity, even in the absence of the Shabbat Tent.
As we move forward with our planning, we are committed to keeping our community informed and engaged. We are eager to hear your thoughts and suggestions as we navigate this year's festival landscape together. Your input is invaluable as we strive to create a space that honors our traditions while also embracing new and exciting opportunities.
